        Overall

        Old school place with great prices and good service. Butcher area is still the best in the city. Only downside for me is that they accept EBT cards but do not accept debit cards.

        I just went back to Giammalvos after being gone for 23 years, and nothing changed, still the best place for a cheap lunch, with the highest quality meats. Bought 6 stuffed quahogs and did not try them until I got back to Virginia, mistake, they were awesome and now wish I had bought more. That is what a meat market is suppose to be like, we have nothing like that where I live, and I really have missed those places, and the food

        It's the best place to go to buy your meat orders for the lowest prices. It's family run and owned and they are the nicest, sweetest people that always have smiles on their faces!!!! I would never go anywhere else!!!
