Carpet Cleaning Service by Carpet Expres NYC was great, we had a small party and some wine spilled on our area rug & Sofa. We contacted carpet express because they are a local business and they offered organic cleaning solutions.

When jackie came out she took charge right away explaining about the process pricing and setting our expectetions at a very high level. Sure enough 1 hour later our couch was as good as new and when the rug returned the results were the same area rug stains gone and it looks and smelles like new
