I can be pretty demanding and have high expectations, but she has met my expectations and more every time. I would never let anyone else touch my skin. Her facials are absolutely wonderful, very pampering and relaxing, and very thorough. I highly recommend her.

I had a very serious problem of spider veins in that back of both of my legs. I was too embarrassed to wear anything that exposed my legs like dresses,skirts, or shorts. As my birthday present my family pitched-in so I could begin my treatment at Dormer Medical Spa. I've only had two sessions and the spider veins are almost completely gone. I am so glad that I decided to do this. The staff at Dormer Medical Spa are great, and I could not be happier with the results.

Over time, I have come to consider her a friend and look forward to catching up with her when I visit. The office is lovely, and her staff is always courteous and pleasant.

Although no one could ever say quality services are inexpensive, Dormer is certainly reasonable in comparison to many others that I have tried over the years.

She clearly considers her clients her priority and wants them to be pleased with their experience.

I haven't been able to visit as much as I'd like so I indulged on a visit a few weeks ago. They welcomed me back and treated my badly-treated cuticles to a gentle and relaxing mani/pedi. They are the best at soothing your fears of being accidentally snipped with the cuticle clipper and the massage after your treatment is always soothing. Highly recommended!

She is a highly professional and conscientious clinician: she listens to my concerns, makes great recommendations and never pushes unneeded services.I n fact, she is actually very conservative in her approach. I have had to almost insist that she do a bit more when she was concerned about over-doing it! Anita truly takes an artistic approach to her work. She knows all the latest techniques and products and keeps current on all the developments in the field. I have been just amazed at the results she has achieved with me. She really spends time with each of her clients. No hurry or rushing clients through. Over time, I have come to consider her a friend and look forward to catching up with her when I visit. As a normal result of aging (I am now 40), I got sun spots - not too bad, but bad enough for me to notice. I did what everybody else does and I went to a spa where I was promised that after two or three laser treatments the spots would disappear. What I got was not my spots fading, but a bad case of hyper pigmentation. My spots got darker and darker with each treatment, and I ended up really disappointed with the results. When Dr. Dormer saw me she instantly asked, "Why on earth did you get laser treatments?" (I am Hispanic with dark skin). The day I walked into her office, I learned about my skin: what to do and what not to do. She started me on an skin regimen that included her own products and the rest is history. Dr. Dormer changed my skin and my confidence.

When I first visited Dormer Medical Spa, I was 32 years old and had been battling adult cystic acne for about 10 years. I tried everything, over the counter products, peels, Accutane - which is not an experience I would wish on my worst enemy! It did work but, not without horrible side effects. However, I was still having issues when I met Gretchen and Dr. Dormer. Together, they created a regiment for me that resulted in glowing, bright acne-free skin. For the first time in my adult life, I was comfortable enough to go without makeup and show off my skin. The spa itself is lovely, the facials are fantastic. Dr. Dormer did an amazing job resolving the issues around my acne scarring. Had I known this was an option, I never would have taken Accutane, I would have immediately gone to Dormer Medical Spa and saved myself a lot of time, money and horrible side effects from a very controversial drug.

Chemical peel...it sounds painful just in theory and going in for it, I was nervous to say the least. Dr. Dormer explained the process in great detail to me and made sure that I was absolutely comfortable before we went forward. She made me feel at ease about the procedure and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Excellent staff, excellent doctor. My wrinkle are gone and I look and feel great!!! Thank you Dr. Dormer.

She also does free follow ups which is wonderful. My experience here was pleasant and I sure will visit again. I must also add that the spa is lovely. Wonderful place to try out!

Product recommendations are spot on, and her chemical peels and laser hair removal are both amazing. Dormer Medical Spa is also a calm, relaxing place to be, it is very quiet and you never feel rushed. It is simply a wonderful place to be!
