General Info: Dr. Victoria Minior earned a bachelor of arts degree from Smith College. She did research on human placental pathology with the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) before earning her doctor of medicine from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Long Island Jewish Medical Center and her fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at New York University. She was awarded the prestigious American College of OB/GYN Ortho-McNeil Scholarship while at NYU for her research on the effects of hypoxia on nucleated red blood cells in the fetus. She has served as an Associate Professor in the Department of OB/GYN at NYU and has extensively participated in residency education at Lenox Hill Hospital supervising the high-risk obstetrical clinic for many years. She has lectured on a multitude of topics from the management of diabetes or rheumatologic disease in pregnancy, infectious diseases affecting pregnancy, and management of multiple gestation
