I called to have someone come check out my Samsung fridge that was not working. They said could be there the next day at anytime time frame that works best for me. I chose between 3-5pm. Their Senior Tech arrived around 3:30pm. After taking a look at my fridge he let me in on the bad news that this fridge, that I purchased less then a year ago from a apparently shady Used Appliance store, needed repairs so costly that it almost is not worth to repair it. Not to go into detail of it all but needless to say I was very disheartened about hearing all of the news. The Senior Tech tried to do everything he could to get it back up and running without the major part replacement, but to no luck this fridge seems to be doomed. He didn't try to charge me or rip me off on expensive repairs and for that I am more then happy with this experience and will be coming back all my Appliance repair needs. I would most certainly recommend this company to any friend as they are one of the few honest compani

I've used their services about two times in the past year and I am delighted with the results . First was my 2 year old refrigerator, second was my trash disposal. I made a appointment , hoping desperately for the best. I hear the bell ring--there the technicians are! I was pleasantly surprised and they were wonderfully polite! Both my refrigerator and trash disposal are working well thanks to their great expertise! I've recommended them to my neighbor!

Just wanted to tell you my ice maker is really making the ice. Water noises, banging of cubes ..... What lovely sounds!! Thanks again for fixing it!!

my partner called me almost crying when he found our kenmore wall oven broken, at first I wasn't concern but then thinking about how much would be to get a new one I changed my mind and started looking for repair companies, until I found this one, they have an amazing service, they ordered the parts and next visit they just fixed it and my baby is happy again.

Three of my appliances went bad in different times but I just realized too late, so I called Legacy Appliance Repair to see if they could do everything the same day. Actually they have trained professionals that can handle pretty much all the appliances, so the tech got here and checked my Frigidaire washer and ordered the part that needed to be replaced, then My SubZero Refrigerator got fixed the same day and my gaggenau oven got tested because the temperature was going up and down. Finally I got a discount for having more than one appliance fixed on the same day!

After a week or so I noticed that my dishes were not getting washed properly, there were still water stains on them after I ran each cycle. So I decided to call my regular repair man but he happened to be out of town, so I search for dishwasher repair company on line and came across Legacy Appliance Repair. I gave them a call, the operator answered me right away and was quick to help! The technician came over that day and repaired my dishwasher in less than 2 hours. They were cheaper than my regular technician and quit to do the job.
