        Overall
        The most friendly postal Station !

        We, resident of Roosevelt Island, are lucky.

        We got a nice, cozy postal station and always cordial and

        thoughtful clerks. They are courteous, friendly with the locals and always willing to help.

        Even waiting in line is not as tedious as in other postal

        stations.

        Terrible Customer Service

        The lobby is a mess. There are more windows closed than opening. They had wrong packaging filed and stored in wrong areas. But they expect you to know. If you dare to ask, they make you feel very stupid. I had the misfortune of using a wrong box when I got to a window manned by Carl Laquidara. He made me feel so little that I wonder what qualifies him to be ever in the customer service field.



        Unfortunately, we, residents in the neighborhood, have to go there every once a while. But why do we have to put up with bad service? There are plenty of other options for shipping.
