The staff was very unfriendly, considering the hefty fees they were charging, and they were also late for all their appointments. Merilee Heifetz is a scam agent . No one takes any responsibiltiy for the shoddy work that they do.

The service did not meet my expectations and the fees were excessive. They would not address the issues , were often tardy, and the work quality was mediocre to poor.
