I went to Natalie in order to get some stray eyebrow hairs removed. I was very clear which ones I wanted removed. Well instead of listening to me she decided to go into my eyebrow and remove hairs within my eyebrow. When I had realized what she was doing I was furious. She insisted it would grow back so I decided to pay her anyway. I really should have read the negative reviews about her. It's been almost a year since the electrolysis treatment and parts of my right eyebrow are missing. It's a shame really since I used to have such nice eyebrows. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!
