worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!! order on the phone and they were sooooo rude, they hang up on me twice , and constantly yelling in my ear, i will not be ordering from this guys again regardless how good their food is.

I have ordered here before their food is not anything to brag about...yet...their customer service is HORRIBLE! I was on the phone with an employee who first picked up the phone yelling at someone else... and then she was short with me, yelled at me, would not let me complete a sentence and so on. I have worked with the public for over a decade and this is totally excusable and I will never give this establishment my business again... It is really sad and pathetic that there are such rude ignorant people in this world.

The best chinese food ever!!! Will not order from no where else and have been eating from this establishment for over six years. Great service and super fast delivery

I have tried several restaurants in the past and so far none of them in the Newport News area come close to Ming Garden's quality of food. I may be putting my foot in my mouth at this time seeming how there are a few more restaurants I want to try out but so far Ming Garden has my vote on the best food in Newport News Denbigh area.
