Davis Vision Optical Lab

My name is Tammy Malin. I live in Bee Spring, Ky. My phone is 270-791-6995. My husband is a GM employee and thus we are forced to use Davis Vision. We have had problems with Davis Vision for years. This time I have waited almost 6 weeks for my glasses. When they did come in last week the high index that I have already paid for wasn't on the glasses. Today I called Dr. Breiwa in Bowling Green and was told that the lab had to send several clients glasses back because the power wasn't right and one pair were severely scratched . I am very disappointed as this seems to be a regular occurrence for Davis Vision users. I'd like to know why these problems keep happening. It's frustrating. I have MS and all of the stress incurred by Davis Vision has caused me to become upset and that is a awful thing for me as I have cognitive problems when upset. Please write me back.
