I hope this makes the news to get the word out to people that live in Rockaway Beach (Venice on the Lake division) about the water company we are forced to rely on for water. Ozark International 786 Croley Blvd. Nixa, MO 417-725-3982. On 2/18/2015 my boyfriend and I drove to Nixa, MO were the water company is located and paid the deposit to have the water turned on. On 2/24/2015 my boyfriend called the water company to find out when the water was going to be turned on. And was told that if there is a meter he could just turn the water on, and if there is no meter that he would be out to turn it on. He never showed up. On 2/25/2015 my boyfriend again called the water company to find out when the water was going to be turned on. My boyfriend was told the man that turns the water on was in the office on 2/24/2015 because 6 other people were paying their deposits to have their water turned on. But he would be out today for sure. It’s after 6 and no one has showed up to turn the water on. I feel that we should have been one of the first ones to have our water turned on. I don't understand why we are still waiting for our water to be turned on. My boyfriend told them we paid the deposit over a week ago and are still waiting for the water to be turned on, and the person he talked to told him that they waited until today to save gas. I feel that the water company that the people that live in this area are forced to use are very unprofessional and unreliable. We paid the deposit a week ago why are we still waiting? Doesn't make much sense to me why we are still waiting for the water to be turned on.

Called again 2/26/15 and asked when the water would we turned on. And the lady that answered the phone said he was suppose to have hooked it up 2/25/15 and if he didn't she doesn't know when because he works another job. Maybe Ozark International should have someone that works fulltime for them to take care of the customers.




The water company has set hours and days they work. And if you call during the times of operation chances are you’re going to be talking to the answering machine. And the company never returns calls. My boyfriend has called during operation hours and has left messages.
