Be forewarned - their "screened" loam is full of broken glass. I called and asked that this was screened and a quality for reseeding a lawn. They said yes, so I had it delivered and have have since spent more time picking large (over 2 inches square) and small pieces of glass from the soil. Great soil for a yard for my 3 yr olds to play in. I called and they said it had been more than a week since it was delivered so they couldn't do anything, and they weren't surprised it had glass. If you dont want to spend your time picking glass out of your loam, dont buy from them.
