Travel Inn Motel

This is far from one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. The service was horrible. We called weeks ahead of time to reserve our NON-SMOKING room. When we got there we were told that there were none available. We were put in a smoking room that smelled absolutely horrible. It smelled like stale smoke and mold. I went to the front desk to request a different room and the clerk was very rude. We were given the handicap room that should have been given to the other party that was traveling with us. Instead they were given a room on the 3rd floor. The person could not walk up 3 flights of steps. I would not recommend staying here.
