        This is my second time using Spina & Adams in 6 years. The first time was an excellent experience; car finished when promised, excellent bodywork, overall very happy with the results. The second time not so good. I was promised 3 to 4 days for the repair but it ended up being 7 days. The first time I ordered a rental car thru them, the second time no rental car was needed for the 3 - 4 promised time. Could this be the reason for the delay of 3-4 days? The bodywork was good but no reason was given for the delay other than some problems came up. Was the problem with parts,employees not showing for work, poor scheduling? An explanation would have been nice.
