        Not really their philosophy. I am proof.

        Here at the oldest surgical practice in Ocala, our philosophy is to treat every patient as we would treat one of our own family members: with care and consideration. Our friendly, family-oriented staff is highly trained and dedicated to making you feel confident and comfortable while in our care.

        After a colon resection, my wound opened on the 10th day because of infection. Surgery number two and in the hospital for a total of 26 days.

        After four weeks my larger stitches were removed and I was sent home. I tried to get other appointments with these doctors and was told by the front staff I was released. 14 inch X3X3 inch open incesion and I was sent to my family doctor. They will not see me.

        It is now three years later and I face two hernia surgeries.
