        How can a company like this stay in business? They haven't even a clue their website link doesn't work - now that's funny! Saw a price in ceramics mag lowest I'd seen . . . same old song. Now I see why they don't have a web site that actually works!

        Overall

        Changed the shipping and handling agreement. Ended up paying twice the $$$ for shipping. Did not want to refund the money back.

        I have only good things to say about Bennet. The phone reps are always nice. They go out of there way to accommodate special orders and requests. My orders are always delivered in full with all items accounted for. For me Bennet has never missed a beat. 5 stars. :)
