Party Flavors Custom Cakes

We used Party Flavors for our wedding. We were unfortunately disappointed. The cake they provided at the tasting was amazing. From that point on it went downhill. Our wedding was amazing except for the cake. All but one layer was almost too dry to eat. Thankfully we served ice cream with it. Wondering if their good baker that baked for the sampling left the company. On top of that we ended up downsizing the cake after we had a final guest count, Party Flavors would not refund the difference. We would not recommend this company.

I purchased a birthday cake from this establishment with high expectations and was EXTREMELY disappointed! I did not get what i paid for. The cake weighed 10lbs which was all buttercream!!!!!!!!! no flavors i paid for were on the cake.

I got reimbursed for the flavors but it was not worth it. I had a backup cake from Publix. I was basically embarassed to serve this cake because nothing was on the cake but THICK layers of buttercream.
