Kathy in scheduling is very compassionate, kind, and goes above and beyond to accommodate the patients! Ash at the front desk is so helpful, sweet, and professional! She has excellent Customer Service skills and goes above and beyond for the patients! I feel that she went out of her way to help me get my procedure completed today! She made me feel like a valued patient! MJ in the MRI & CT Departments is so friendly, sweet, positive, and goes out of her way to make me feel at home! Micky in the CT Scan Department is very kind and compassionate and assisted me in getting ready for my procedure. The entire staff is very professional, courteous and professional. Due to high level of kindness, professionalism, and compassion that I have received from the staff I will return to this fine imaging center for more tests in the future! I very highly recommend SimonMed to anyone who requires radiology & imaging services.

Do NOT go here! Their customer service is absolutely terrible, and they have insecure billing systems. I was billed for a service I did NOT receive and was able to contact the Regional Manager, Elizabeth. She said she would call me back. One month and 5 voicemails later, I still have not heard from her. Meanwhile, I have been sent to a collections agency. No one on the billing side has been helpful and cannot help in any way. Not to mention I have NEVER received a statement for the supposed amount that I owe. The only way I was notified of my balance was via text message, which I never authorized. Their online billing system does not show I even owe a balance, and displays account information with only providing my phone number and date of birth. NOT secure. Lastly, I spent an entire hour waiting for my appointment. Now, my credit score is potentially impacted and I still cannot reach anyone regarding my falsified bill. If you go here, be prepared for MONTHS of headache.

Had x-ray done on april 15, 2016. told the simonmed representative, Ms. M.Rosado that my insurance would pay 100%. she impolitely and rudely said she had to charge me anyway. insurance paid 100% in 3 days. asked for refund. have been asking every week. spoke with Jasmin, Qiana, Megan, supervisors Jess, Giovanna for weeks. today, july 7, about THREE MONTHS LATER I spoke with supervisor Danika and she said that they have made a mistake and she will send the case to IT and Finance Departments for investigation and the resolution will take four more weeks.

After 8 years being a patient of simonmed, i gave up because Ms. Rosado said that many of their policies have changed.

I now go to Sandy Lake Imaging. AAA+ What a difference!!!
