Tobacco City

I purchased 4 packs of Marlboro cigarettes. After getting home & opening the first pack I noticed that they were Extremely Stale! I called the store & notified them & asked if I could come in to exchange them (from a new carton) or receive a refund. The guy told me that he had to call & speak with his manager & he would call me back. 10 minutes later he called me back and told me that his manager said that they didn't sell any of those cigarette today and that I didn't buy them from that store. I proceeded to tell him that I had my receipt & read him the detailed information off my receipt. I even paid with my credit card which does show up on my bank account. He asked me who was working in the store & I gave him full descriptions of himself as well as the other man working. He then told me that I was lying & didn't buy them there even though I purchased them 45 minutes prior to calling, had my receipt in hand, as well as paid with my credit card so I know that they have it documented
