Ruined two pairs of jeans(hem). It was not what I asked for and they were unapologetic. I asked for a discount and was laughed at. I can understand how mistakes are made and requests are lost in translation but they showed absolutely no sign of apology or wanting to make things better. I told them they would potentially lose a customer if I didn't get a discount of some kind and they told me they could care less while laughing again. My advice is to not use their services unless you want to deal with a rude and disrespectful business. WARNING: Their true colors came out once they were accused of making a mistake. No customer service what so ever.
