The Omaha Country Club, established in 1899, offers various amenities to its members that include 18 holes of championship golf, dining and banquet rooms, tennis courts, swimming pools and a trap shooting range. The club provides state-of-the-art golf instruction that includes analysis and research in the mechanics and biomechanics of the golf swing through former Professional Golf Association players. Located in Omaha, Neb., the golf course facility features a premier driving range with several target greens, practice bunkers, and chipping and putting greens. Its golf shop offers a wide variety of merchandises and golf accessories, such as jerseys, caps, T-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, outerwear, sleepwear, housewares and novelties. The club offers an active swimming and diving program, water aerobic classes, drive-in movie schedule, and private and group swimming lessons. It has an active trap shooting program for members of all ages. The Omaha Country Club s banquet menu includes classic shrimp cocktails, shrimp pizzette, cheese spring rolls and quesadillas.
