Kevin at Omaha Vacuums is a big Simplicity fan and now so am I. We have 3000 square feet of tile floor and a mix or door rugs and an area rug that have given all of our other vacuums problems. Plus I have a bad neck and need a light weight vacuum. The Simplicity Freedom S was the perfect choice but way to expensive for our budget. Kevin helped the situation out by selling me a new but ugly green one that he wanted to get rid of at a reduced price plus he took a trade in on our Shark upright and a collection of vacuum accessories we have acquired over the years making the deal affordable. I could not be happier. The Simplicity Freedom S is so easy to use it is fun, it does a great job in no time, picks up loose kitty litter with ease from a bare floor and handles loose rugs better than any other of the many vacuums I have tried in the past. Made in America is nice but I am more impressed by the quality job it does and the ease it makes of vacuuming. I only wish it had a separate hose nozzle to get into corners and tight areas but I am sure Simplicity offers a model that does at a higher price and heavier weight. You forget the high initial cost of Simplicity Freedom S once you start using it. Thank you Kevin.

Provided by SuperpagesI have had really good luck with them. They are really honest and will only replace anything that needs to be replaced unlike other places. They have always done a great job of fixing my 2 Kirby vacuums.

Provided by DexKnowsBought a part because I was told my vacuum only had a 30 day warranty or so.Found out that my vacuum was under warranty when I went home and called the manufacture. Tried to return the part still new in the box within 2 hours of purchasing and store would not return my money. Paid cash. Went to the store the manufacture(Dyson)recommeded and found out the vacuum was under warranty and that there part along with most everything else in their store was considerably less expensive. As a matter of fact I could not find another local store that was as much as Omaha Vacuum. Iwas actually told by Kevin at Omaha Vacuum that he was in the business to sell parts not return them and that even if he did return the part and give my money back I would probably never return as a customer finding out what I have mentioned above so there would be no reason to return the part. In the end after much debate he did offer in store credit. He is right. I will never be back and have told several people about

Provided by DexKnowsI brought in a part for a vacuum. I specifically asked if they knew waht kind of warranty my vacuum had and I was told probably 30 days. So seeing as my vacuum was older than that I Paid over $100 for the part. I should have researched before purchase(My Fault). I found out as soon as I left the store by calling my vacuum manufacture that the part was under warranty. I returned to the store to return for warranty within 4 hours of purchase. I was told that the store was not an authorized warranty shop for my vacuum and they would not return the part. Store employee/owner? Kevin told me if I walked out the door and walked immediately back in he would not return the item. He also stated that he is in the buisiness of selling parts not returning them. He was very rude. I can not imagine how someone in customer service can keep customers coming in that acts in such a way.He did end up giving us an instore credit. Will not shop here again and will let everyone I can know about the stores po

Provided by DexKnowsAfter 10 years and 4 retail vacuums later, I got tired of those brand names breaking for one reason or another. I bought an old fashioned upright commercial grade vacuum, made of metal and three years later it's still the best one we've bought. It was worth the extra money!

Provided by Superpagesthis place gave me nothing but headache!!! They broke my vacuum and then told me 2 order the parts and they would reimbuse me. They refused to help me when they put me in this position. It's been 2 weeks and I have yet to get a call back. I do NOT suggest anyone use them
