If I could give 0 Stars I would! If I wasn't so happy to marry the man I love and have everyone we cared about present it would have been the most horrible experience ever! I have been to a lot of weddings and of course mine has the worst possible! He told me in our consiltation that it would be $50 more to add the ceremony. When the time came he charged us $175 more, but by then it was too late for an alternative plan. It was horrible right off the bat, filling out his paperwork was hard because he had only specific slots and no options if your wedding included something else. Our wedding ceremony starts ok and after my wedding party walks he is supposed to switch to a different song for the bride. I'm standing at the top of the stairs waiting for my song and he just keeps playing the other song, stops it & replays that same song again! My groom tries to tell him that's not the song and he ignores him! After everone is getting nervous that I'm a runaway bride I decide to forgo my dream song and walk down the aisle anyway. I don't want to make my wonderful groom worry after all. After our ceremony everyone is having cocktails he is supposed to be playing upbeat fun oldies and he played some kind of sleepy jazz crap that we didn't ask for. Everyone was getting sleepy and bored so people came and asked if we could hurry up with our pictures because it was horrible. So we hurry and go eat dinner. He mumbled so bad noone could understand what he was saying and when to go eat. After dinner he starts right away with a group dance which I specifically asked him not to do. We just arn't group dance people. He stops the song in the middle because noone knows the electric slide and goes right into another group song which noone dances too. He called for speaches after I told him to wait, our Best man was in the other room helping his little boy. After that whenever he announced this we had to have him repeat it because noone could understand his mumbling & rambling. He called for the Bride & Groom dance when I wasn't in the room. How hard is it to tell that the bride in the huge white dress is not in the room? Our general music we requested was 90's pop with NO Country & NO Rap. We didn't get 90's pop we had ever heard of and he played Country AND Rap. Half our crowd I believe left so early because the music was horrible and noone was dancing. In the end the only bad memory of my wedding was this horrible DJ. DON'T hire him you will regret it!

I am sorry you had a terrible experience for your wedding day. Everything that the client requested was detailed in the contract, event planner and any music requests. The ceremony fee details was covered with the client via phone and email. The initial fee was $50 for the ceremony but the client communicated we were doing the ceremony outside so the fee for outdoor sound equipment is $175. Unfortunately it moved inside but the outdoor equipment was already reserved for the event. We followed everything to a t. Unfortunately one miscomunication about a wedding entrance song, which they detailed in the itinerary, which is very inclusive and easy to use (dj intelligence) i suppose causes the client to complain about every other little aspect of the event. Music before their introduction was a mix of 80's, today and some small jazz to keep everyone going until the bride and groom's arrival. Weddings, differ from client to client. Djs have got to crowd read and go with the flow and requests based on their guests. Oh, and guests were dancing and making requests all night. They requested rap. Is the dj not supposed to take care of guests requests? Customer Service. Even though the bride may say you are doing a great job during the event, (Christina Kloeckner) after that they change their mind when one thing does not go their way. At Supafly Promotions we detail everything you want us to do and we are going to do in WRITING (via contract and event planner) so their is no confusion with us or the client. We are flexible and adapt well to changes throughout the your event. Rather than have the client lie to defame my business, If the client disputes that and is dissatisfied at the end of the day, the most professional thing to do would be to ask for a refund and we have offered the client a full refund. It is in our contract. Not because we did anything wrong, for what I have built my business on at the end of the day, CUSTOMER/CLIENT SATISFACTION. I do not believe any dj company would have pleased her. Oh, and if your going to give a review of businesses and services be adult enough to not make it anonymous. I believe the other business that obtained unnecessary bad reviews from this client did everything above and beyond for this customer. I would continue to support them and their business.
