Ciatti's Italian Restaurant is locally owned and operated by Bob Gillen, Kevin Schlief and Vince Valdez. It specializes in Italian cuisine and serves a variety of grilled steaks and seafood. The restaurant s wine list features pinot noir, cabernet sauvignon, white zinafandel, pinot grigio, sauvignon blanc and chardonnay. Its pasta menu includes chicken penne, lobster ravioli, chicken cappellini, fettuccine Alfredo, and spaghetti and meatballs.
