Overall

My dog pepper went for grooming and then she had to have surgery for a torn leg ligament. My dog has epilepsy and is medicated 24\7 so I carried her in and out of there .Didn't realize she was on 3 limbs until dinner time.VCA said I couldn't prove they did anything wrong. No,her ligament didn't just snap while sitting on her mat.Don't recommend or advise anyone to take their pets there.I tell every pet owner I meet not to trust their pet with them. They also are way more expensive than other clinics.

Overall

Brought my cat in because he was sick for two days. I made a 7:30 appointment and they close at 8 which was a mistake. The examination lasted about 5 to 7 minutes.

All the doctor did was take my cats temperature and that is ALL he did.

I get a call this morning from the doctor saying in hindsight he should have taken my cats blood pressure to see if he has high blood pressure. I most certainly am not going to bring my cat up there again and especially pay another office visit fee. That is just ridiculous!

I think he should have given my cat the proper exam in the first place.

Overall

I took my dog in since they were the only place open on the weekends

the place was old and beat up,inside wasn't any better. The vet wasn't that friendly

The people seemed to have nothing to do and the doctor falsely diagnosed my dog.

I took her to her regular vet Spring Oaks and my dog is healthy and doesn't have any tumors or oversized organs like vca said. Do not go Here they clearly just want your money(probably to fix up there place) do not recommend!
