        Falon was great. Just couldn't believe my first stop was the gas station. Wouldn't fill the tank unless it was new car. Imagine that.

        I have coming to Mathews Ford for 26 years for 1 reason , the service dept. . It has come to my attention that you recently fired your front of house staff. I can buy a truck anywhere , it is all the same product , but the service after the sale is why I do (did) business with you. I hate change and the fact that I NOW HAVE TO FIND A NEW DEALERSHIP BECAUSE YOU FIRED THE PEOPLE I TRUST . Thanks Tim Mathews, I guess the loyalty you ask from you customers is something your customers cannot expect from you. Good luck good riddens.
