We hired Jarvis last August to install an entire new A/C system for my college-age son. Since that time, the system has leaked two to three times to the neighbors apartments downstairs. Each time they have come to check the system, we were informed this situation occured because the air filters needed to be changed more often. My son immediately started doing what was requested. The water leakage is still ongoing. At this point, we are responsible for the water damage at the neighbor's facilities. My son has turned off the air conditioning in his house for the past 3 weeks. He relies solely on a portable a/c in his bedroom. Anyone who resides in central Florida in August realizes this is an untenable situation, especially for a young college student who needs to be concentrating on his studies. I am very disappointed in the current lack of communication with Above All Handy Services. If they were to fix the situation in a prompt manner. My review would be different.

Jarvis Perez is a fraud that takes money from women. He will never finish his job if you pay him upfront. Be aware!

A few weeks ago I was having problems with my central air conditioning in my home. It was hard finding a trustworthy repairmen in such little time, by this point I was frustrated and my home had felt like a sauna for two days when I was recommended to your company. Above All Handy Services. Not only did they show up right away but the service was impeccable. The workers were professional,understanding and courteous. My air conditioner was fixed and up and running within the hour of there arrival. I would highly recommend your company to a friend in need.

My A/C stopped working, I called and they came and fixed it. They did a great job, friendly, fast, dedicated individuals that love what they do. I highly recommend them :) also good to know that they do more than A/C repair/service, they also specialize in Plumbing, shutters, Gutters ans maintenance work. Definitely will be contacting them again if I or anyone I know needs any work done in their homes / Business.
