I Purchased a vehicle from this business with money down- financing the rest thru a "westlake financial" out of Ca ( do a review look up on this company, BAD BAD reviews) tax, title & registration. A week later when i was told to stop by to pick up my license plate and to get a tail light that was broken replaced/ the jack that was missing replaced (for free as part of the purchasing agreement), the gentlemen who sold me the vehicle said there was a delay to come back in a week. I came by again a week later and yet again there was a delay but "not to worry it would be in the following week." That week i got a call from this gentlemen while i was out of town on business that there was an issue he needed to discuss; he requested that i come in. When i came in the sales man informed me that he needed me to release to him the vehicle i had purchased because he had bought it from an auction and then sold it to me without the title of the vehicle. Letting me know he could either put me in another car or give me my money back. Being as what occurred here is illegal for a business to do I immediately sought legal counsel & currently in court proceedings with this business. I wanted to do no further business with this business. "westlake financial" told me the dealer rescinded the loan of my vehicle thankfully. Shortly there after Ace wrecker also owned by Ace Auto arrived at my residence and repossessed my vehicle for non-payment even tho, as advised by my counsel, i put my monthly payments in an escrow account to show good faith on my behalf keeping my commitment to our sales contract. This resulted in 5.5 months of missed work & wages to which i was subsequently "let go" from my position as i had no means to get to Winter Park for work, resulting in catastrophic financial hardship, bills going unpaid, emotional stress, time and costs needed to retain my lawyer, court fling costs and document preparing fees. I came very close to losing my apartment and being on the street. A report is on file with the department of motor vehicles & their findings did in fact suggest several laws were broken by this business. The whole experience has been terrible for me, I would not recommend anyone do business with this company. By writing this i really hope that my review can prevent this from happening in the future, no one else deserves to go thru what im going thru just to purchase a vehicle.

It was a pleasure doing business at this place. Very satisfied with the vehicle (2004 Dodge Neon SXT), the price and the whole experience. The sales person, Mr. Ron Wilson is a gentleman, very professional and honest person. He made everything easier for me, no hazzles, no tricks. Absolutely, will recommend this dealer to my friends or family members.
