        Overall

        I was driving past the Bithlo, FL location when I noticed a man on the ground looking very distraught. I pulled in and asked if he needed help. He was handicapped and said the employee was outside and looked at him and walked away as he asked for help! I can concur to this as I saw the employee outside look at him and walk back inside the store. I assisted him in getting his wheelchair out of his car and helped him in his wheelchair and got his things together to go inside and make his purchase. This lack of humanity is unacceptable and I will never return to an Advance Auto Parts location again in my lifetime and will do my best to spread the word. This isn't just poor customer service, it is a crime to humanity.
