        The service was great from the start. I gave Thomas Bobango a tall order to fill. He was able to get a Gecko green Jeep Wrangler with a bunch of personal options I knew my daughter would like on time for her 21st birthday. He made the entire process easy and always acted like a professional. Thanks Thomas she was truly happy with her present.

        -Overcharge for labor (almost ...

        -Overcharge for labor (almost $500 just to fix the cable that brought the passenger window up)

        -Did maintenance on the car that I didn't go for and got charged for it

        -Went to to get a part replaced from a recall that was placed on my car, they said they fixed it (free). Two months later, I had to send the car in to get the same part fixed, and it cost me $250

        -The guy working at the parts shop was really nice though, and got me a deal on wipers that would otherwise cost 3 times more. This still doesn't make up for the ripoff.



        Overall, I'm sure that many other people have left this dealer very happy. I for one did not.

        I have been going to airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep for the past 2 years to get my car serviced. You can't beat the 12.95 oil change special. Everyone is always very friendly and courteous.

I have had few credit issues in the past so i was very nervous and didnt know what to expect.They worked with me more than I ever could have imagined.         I just moved to the area from Ft Lauderdale to go to UCF and needed to have my car serviced. I got so lucky finding Airport Chrysler Dodge jeep my 1st time around. They only charge $12.95 for an oil change which is so cheap compared to my dealer I used to use. Very nice people

        WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/AUTO SHOP EVER

        WENT FOR THE 12.95 OIL CHANGE SPECIAL ENDED UP HAVING TO REPLACE MY ENGINE RIGHT AFTER THEY CHANGED MY OIL, THIS PLACE PUT TO MUCH OIL IN MY CAR

        BEWARE!!!!!I did an extensive amount of email's on an 08 Ram 1500 with a salesman(Lanny Lee).He gave me a firm price.I went in with 3 members of my family.Right away I was turned over to the top salesman (deal closer).He informed me there was a mistake & the price I was given was for an 07 model.He then told me the price on the 08 was $5000 more. I walked out.Next day I found the same vehicle (the 08) listed on Craigslist for $2000 less than the price they quoted me.The old BAIT & SWITCH!!!!!!.These guys are liars.Stay away.Stay far away!!!!!!!
