How they have professional in their title is a joke. This is probably the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. Their employees damaged items on my property which were caught on my cctv cameras. I reached out to the company. After several voicemails, it took a week for someone to respond. They sent someone to take pictures, and I was informed the damages caused by their employees would be fix within that week. The damaged occurred in January 2020. It’s now almost July 2020, and nothing has be done. They won’t return my calls, or texts. They should be embarrassed. Unfortunately they are part of my HOA. I placed a complaint with the HOA, BBB, and Attorney Generals office. I’m sure this isn’t something new for this company. I hope more people complain, and not let them get away with this. Hopefully my HOA will not resign their contract with them. Unfortunately I will have to take them to small claims court.
