My experience working with the staff at Auto Sensation specifically Daniel and Matt has been such a positive one. They were able to help me out of a hard situation a few months ago when I suddenly was without a car. Within two days I was on the road again. They listened to my needs and filled them perfectly. Unfortunately I overheated the engine causing serious damage to the car. I took it back to the dealership and they jumped right on resolving the problem. They have worked diligently to repair the engine to as low a cost to me as possible. Having care and concern for their customers and striving to do the best they can always makes them such a positive part of the community. I have told everyone about them and will definetly purchase another car from them in the future. Do yourself a favor and if you are in the need of a vehicle go see these wonderful people. They will be upfront and honest with you and extend excellent service on every level even going above and beyond.

I reluctantly purchased a vehicle from these people against my better judgment. This vehicle has been nothing but problems. Came to find out that a factory recall from 2004 was never performed on the vehicle and because of it not being fixed when it should have been, it cost me an additional $2,400 in repairs. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Please run away from these crooks. I bought a vehicle but sold it in 2 weeks because of the headaches it started to give soon as i drove off of their lot. I lost $4000 on the deal and $1000 trying to fix electric and exhaust issues, but happy that i got rid of the headache. These people will hide issues with the car that will come back to haunt the buyer. They are RUDE and Unprofessional. They're favorite thing to say is "AS IS AS IS AS IS" and yet they claim we will be very satisfy with the car. Oh and Neil did not lower the price of the car but threw in bogus ASE extended warranty that plainly refuse to fix drivetrain issues i had because they said they don't insure my car since it had 160K millage!!!!! WHAT? People who steal from others will one day answer to GOD!

with interest and charges they wanted over $15000 for a truck worth $4000 ( the truck had accident on the report and odometer tampering) they try and confuse you with numbers, my tip always ask for carfax report every vehicle on the lot that day had a mechanical problem or accident damaged and actually look at what you are paying in total not just the monthly payment , I think I will risk craigslist....

This place is honestly a great little car lot, Got my 2nd car their and i couldn't be anymore happier. They worked with me and got me into another vehicle i could afford for my growing family. Great place. Everyone their is so friendly, Helpful and understanding. I've referred friends and other family members. I would say that all the comments below are all wrong. This car lot is not one to EVER turn there backs on you. Every time I've had an issue all i did was pick up the phone and call. They would schedule my appointments i would bring both my vehicles in and whatever little issues i would have would be fixed and taken care of. Never had any issues with this car lot. I can't speak for others but i was satisfied with my experience.

Do not stop at this dealer, don't even look at the cars that are parked on their lots. I completely agree with Robbery. This company is set up to rob everyone that walks into their property. They are well aware that the cars on their lots are unreliable and have major issues (engine, transmission, ect....) the machanic is an old man that covers up any defects with the cars. The sales rep knows absolutly nothing, and the office manger Daniel Blanchette is the most shaddiest person there, and his excuse is everything is as is and oh well your lost.

Run far from these crooks!!! This company uses fraudulent practices to trick you. Don't sign anything or give them any money. They will rob you blind!!! You have been warned!!! Funny they are closed on Sunday.... I guess even crooks need a day to rest.
