        this store is now closed. I did a lot of baby supply shopping here in 99-01. I had no problems with the staff.

        Absolutely no customer service. The associates are very unwilling to help. I purchased a $80 dollar stroller but couldn't pick up within 3 days so they rather cancel the order (keep in mind I already paid for the stroller) than extend an extra day. Stupid policy.
