Like to thank your tech for the out standing job he had performed. You all make it easy as one, two and three. I really like the fact you use book pricing on all parts and labor. I use to use a company that charges me a rate I thought was a savings to me, but come to realize I was paying more then I should. Thanks once again for an outstanding job performance. Had a major problem regards to my Out Door unit,. Call around and explained my situation to over 5 AC Company and was given out rages pricing to diagnose my system. Finally contact a friend whom had us this company (century21airflo Inc...) when she had a problem. So I took my chances to call and was told that they will charge me 75.00 to come out and diagnose my system verse's 95-145 others will charge. long story short system needed to be changed. so glad that they had given me three options to go by to purchase my new AC. Finally I choice my option and was very pleased with the out come. There Trade-in option gave me the ability to exchange my old AC for a more and higher efficiency unit. was explained how the seer works verses 13seer to 18seer cooling time that got me saving in the long run. My hats of to you all for a work well done. remember that you will always have our business. To everyone, a call worth paying for.
