A good, honest, shop.
I have a 1993 Ford Mustang and most shops, even the dealer, won't even look at it because is over 20 years old. At Certified Auto Repair Inc, they were aware of this and did a full diagnostic and replaced some original faulty parts. There were some electrical issues they couldn't fix (as I said, it is an older car and difficult to diagnose and find parts for), and they were gracious enough not to charge me for the initial repairs. I wanted to pay for the work and parts they provided, but they wouldn't have it. They take pride in the work they do and didn't feel right in charging me, not having solved the problem in my car. You don't see this kind of work ethic from most auto repair shops in this day and age. This is truly above and beyond. Ken (the owner and lead tech), and his crew, are true professionals, very thorough, and most of all, honest.
I have another Mustang and a Toyota SUV (both, much newer vehicles) and now I know where I'll be bringing them for future maintenance.
