Dolce day spa and salon

Purchased a gift cert for my wife for a facial with Maria. Very rude when initially setting up appointment and the day of called for directions and claimed she had no appointment for my wife. My daughter contacted and Maria flat out lied, said I gave her a different name and then switched to she had no appointment for that time. Flat out was told, "get a refund, I don't want your business".

I went in for a cut color and extensions today.. Hala did my cut and color and a jiselle did my extensions. It turned out amazing!They took their time and listened to what I wanted.. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!

I love this place!!!! I got a gift certificate for my birthday and I enjoyed every minute. Since I got there the people was very pleasant and make me feel special. Thanks guys!!! Best gift ever!!!!

I went in and staff all they do is gossip and go behind others back. I can not believe it. Awful no honesty, also they say one price then changes. I wont be coming in anytime soon.

Rude staff, rude management, and terrible service. They hang up on customers that are having an issue with getting services that were already paid for IN FULL (not a groupon or deal certificate, an actual paid in person at the salon gift certificate)! They are rude and should be embarrassed. I will make a point to tell everyone I know about the poor management and poor services this place offers. SAVE TIME AND SAVE MONEY, go somewhere else. ANYWHERE ELSE

Dolce Day Spa & Salon is under NEW OWNERSHIP!!!!! I was referred to Sheila Cruz and at first I was a little hesitant because I have been there before and I was not fond of the place. My friend assured me that it was under new ownership and that I would not be sorry...She was right Sheila really listened to what I wanted and I came out of there a new woman! I feel great and everywhere I go I get compliments on my cut and color (noone ever did that before) she is the best!!! And the NEW OWNERSHIP OF THE SALON REALLY SHOWS!! New Ownership took place July 1, 2011 so if you are like me that did not like this place before...well, do not be so quick to say no Sheila Cruz is your girl!

If you go there I recommend Daisy . Shes the best and is a honest person. She knows what she is doing and she is a total expert !!!! Im satisfied with my hair and it was worth what I spent !!! My hair has gotten a great healthy look since I started going with daisy and my hair has grown rapidly. Daisy 5 Stars !!!!
