        GREAT SERVICE

        DR JACK'S IS NOT ONLY PROFESSIONAL IN WHAT THEY DO, I TRUST THEM WHOLEHEARTEDLY. THEY DELIVER ON WHAT THEY SAY AND THEY DON'T TRY TO SELL YOU ON SOMETHING YOU DO NOT NEED.

        I CAN SEE WHY THEY HAVE BEEN AROUND FOR SO LONG!!

        They let my lawn die. Do not waste your time or money.

        To make this short, I hired Dr. Jack last spring after having issues with my lawn. I had done some research on the net and thought I may have a specific kind of fungus that attacks the roots of my St. Augustine Grass. When the so-called "horticulturist" came out, he assured me it was not a fungus but something else. He drew up a contract, how they'd fix the problem and we started service.



        Fast Forward 6 months. My lawn looks worse than when these people started. I discontinued service and decided to try and diagnose my lawn problem myself with the help of the county extention office.



        They dx my lawn with take all root rot and said it had been there for probably a year. They also told me that the lawn company should have dx it, and could have contained it if caught when we called them out.



        50% of my lawn is dead. I'm going to sue them. Don't waste your time or money-these people are idiots.
