Customer service was fantastic!! Got my glasses the same day!!! $78 frames and lens two pair. Thank You Eyeglass World You really saved me some money!

Was advertised $39 per eye exam and was assured multiple times before-hand that that's all the exams will cost (my girlfriend and I had exams together). After waiting 30 minutes after my exam, they told me they didn't have the contacts in stock and would look for another kind. After an hour of more waiting, the employee was wasting her time with random stuff on her desk. I was very frustrated and approached her, demanding a status update. I was told I had to wait for the doctor to finish with the current patient. (at this time 3 other patients had come and left). Once again I was told they didn't have the contacts in stock and that they had to order them/ to come back in a week. This is when they totaled everything out and demanded $158 instead of the advertised $78 ($39 per exam). I was told the $39 is for the eyeglass exam only and that contact lens exams are $40 more. We were lied to, misinformed, and falsely advertised into their services. COMPLETE SCAM. Stay away from this company

Where do I start? The irregular frames, the horrible service, or the poor quality lenses?



I will make it simple, if you love your eyes, NEVER EVER EVER go to this place (name avoided intentionally). First of all, look at the frames very carefully. 80% of them are irregulars. You can see they are mishaped. Probably 15% of the others are subpar quality because they break or lenses fall out within a month. After waiting longer than they promised to get my glasses, I now had to take them back twice because the lenses kept falling out. Oh, and wouldn't you know, they only have a 30-day return policy. So even though they admitted they put lenses in that didn't really fit the frame, they would not take them back!
