        First class, We have 3 other companys come to try and fix a problem for us with no luck (1 did not even show up and called 3 days later) . So we found Fun in the sun's website and gave them a shot. Boy did we hit the jackpot!!! these guys were professional, ontime, quick and clean all at a fair price. It's hard to find a service company these days you can count on and this company without exception is the best at what they do and would recommend them to everyone.

        Terrible customer service and questionable quality

        This company does not stand behind their work or more importantly appreciate their customers or stand behind their work. I call them 2 months after they did $700 of work (including a complete tune up of the system). They system is not working. They said that to check it out would be an addition $80 service call plus the cost to repair. I do not have an issue paying for any additional repairs; however, they should not charge a service call. Who knows, maybe it is not working due to something they did? The person identifying herself as the owner does not appreciate customers or treat them with respect. I have been in the service industry for 30 years and if there is an issue after the fact, I gladly return to check it out.



        There are too many people out of work in this economy to give this company your hard earned dollars.

        To the above Oviedo customers complaint. We did indead do $700 worth of work to your home and everything contracted was done and paid for. Two months later you called with another issue and we came out and found it was a bad roof sensor and not related to the work we had performed previously. After I looked over the svc. tech's paperwork and talked to you we offered a part only cost to you for a new sensor and that was still not good enough for you. You said you were out here last and it hasn't ever worked since you left but yet you waited a little over 2 months to call back? So we decided at Fun in the sun based on some of our previous visits to this customers home to refund his money and NEVER DO svc work for him again seemingly because we didn't even install the orginal system to begin with. If we do a tuneup and everthing checks out ok we do not sell customers parts they do not need, a roof sensor for a solar control system works or dosen't work there is no inbetween. Checkout our company on the BBB, CONSUMER REPORT, ANGIE'S LIST AND SEE WHAT PEOPLE REALLY SAY ABOUT FUN IN THE SUN.
