DO NOT, and I repeat do not spend your money in this establishment. It took ten minutes for the employees to even acknowledge my family and I. Then finally when they decide to take our order we all wanted slices so we can eat and go, meanwhile their specials board says, "two slices and a drink for $4.50". When we try to order slices they say we have no slices and we can only order a whole pie. So we are starving and decide to do that with no other choice. I ask how long it would be and he replies with 25 minutes, my sister and I both work in a pizzeria, and even on a busy night a 12 inch would not take 25 minutes. So I said forget it lets find some place else and my sister asks for her money back, the guy who was serving asks, "what's her problem?" Referring to me and was very reluctant to give her, HER money back. I'm very glad we did not spend a dime in this place.

Worst delivery experience I've ever had. Delivery guy was intoxicated, wasted and belligerent. I was nearly in tears. Never order from this place

This place should not be in Business. THEY ARE ADVERTIZING AS LASSO'S PIZZA...(That should tell you something) The worst service and pizza I ever had..Called placed order for a pizza and chicken wings...They said 35-45 mins. well an hour and half later I called and said it was on it's way, It took almost 21/2 hours to get it and needless to say the pizza was ice cold and nasty and the chicken wings just look totally nasty. We called them back to come pick it up and the answer was they couldn't because they need to talk to the manager first. I told them I would bring it back and they said they still couldn't do anything because the manager handles that.. I don't know how they are in business. Please don't order from this place. They are not professional at all and the service and product is less then poor.

Let me begin by stating that it is now 3:49 am Sunday April 12th and we are still waiting on the rest of our order to be delivered. I initially ordered our food at 10:15 pm on the 11th which I was told 1 hour 30 min. for delivery. I ordered "7" pasta dinners which come with garlic bread and a side salad. The food was delivered over 2 hours later minus the garlic bread, salad dressing and "1" of the dinners- the salad was wilted, overcooked spaghetti noodles used in the alfredo dinner. I called back to inform them and was told I had to wait an hour for the rest of my order which would have been around 1:30 am. I asked to speak with a manager but how convenient for NO MANAGER on duty and the order taker was EXTREMELY rude. So in total since 10:15 pm I've called 7 times. They close in 5 minutes so that means THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!! I am 42 years old and have NEVER experienced this type of FOOLERY and this is the last day of my vacation then back to Md. What a way to end it!!!

Without a doubt the absolute worst place to buy delivery pizza!!!! Ordered a 12" Triple Pepperoni Pizza and I got what could only be describe as a cheese pizza with a few pepperoni slices on it. AND on top of that it took and hour and a half to get here.

I have never written any reviews online about a restaurant but I had to this time.

I ordered chicken steak and chicken wings with hot source. The food was delivered to my hotel room 1.5 hrs later as cold as it can be. The chicken steak looked like it was dipped in mayonnaise and the chicken wings looked boiled...

I paid $27 with tips and when I called, they did not seem too concerned about it.

I put everything straight into the trash can.

2 hours for cold soggy pizza that had wrong toppings. We also ordered hot wings that came mild, cold and slimy

I order from my hotel room. With-in a few hours I had really bad food poisoning. From 6am to 2pm I was throwing up constantly. My wife ran to the front desk to notify the lady in charge. She told my wife that Geneva has been band from the building and # is blocked from room phones. Due to MULTIPLE food poisonings!!!! They sneak thru the side door to slip menus under ppl doors. I am currently waiting for them to come back n slip another under my door so I can rip up the menu in front of him and let other guests know what this place does to ppl. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! A report WILL be filed to the Health Dept.

Decided to try this place out while visiting. Not impressed with the turkey club, steak n cheese, and cannoli. The turkey club was just a hit turkey and cheese skinny sub. The cannoli was small and tasteless. Will never eat from this place again!

Loves this place! I'm pregnant, so I crave/miss NY pizza & prices, this place is authentic!! Also if you live with in the complex they deliver and discount your food.. doesn't get any better than that! (If u like ur crust a bit darker/crunchier you may have to ask for it that way) Overall #nice
