I did not like working with Barbara Bryant. She has a manner that comes across as a forced cheery demeanor. Her answers to my questions came off as rehearsed lines, and she tended to repeat them when I probed. I have a demanding work schedule, and needed to move appointments around. She was harsh with me when she had to give me Rxs between appointments and scolded me for not "taking care of my health." She also told me that I would be able to take follow up appointments (15 mins) on the phone after I was "established." A day before that meeting, she told me that her office changes policies and no longer allows phone meetings. I had to miss that appointment. Her office staff was rude as well, I did not enjoy being there. The scheduling was terrible. I would get a date and time, they would hang up with me, and then call back within minutes saying that the time slot was taken. This happened 3 times in a row for one appointment. After 6 months of this, I will not be seeing her anymore.

Treated like a number. In and out take your meds. Nurses or my nurse doesn't really listen and talks to me in a manner that is very condescending.
HOWEVER...she knew what she was doing with my medication and got me stable! I am ok with that!

They don't seem to care about patients. Staffed lacked any sense of professionalism. Nurse practitioner plays trial an error with meds refuses to do any testing to see what's best for you. Dr. Martinez has relatives write 5 star reviews to get higher ratings as seen on this page and Google. I have been a patient of Ramon Martinez, Barbara L Bryant and Gladys Vargas, they are extremely nice and professional! They take their time to listen to me and look for the best way to help me!

They are a bunch of losers. Cancel you appointment with less than 24 hours notice. Seems they have no one to cover the staff in the event of an emergency. I will never attempt to use this bunch of incompetent jackasses again, nor would I recommend these idiots to anyone.
