Hid Unlimited

This place is a cluster f*ck. The employees are lazy, rude and stink of marijuana. They have no respect for their customers and they do the bare minimum to get your money. I had an appointment at 11:00am on a Sunday and ended up waiting in their parking lot until 11:45am when someone finally decided to drag their butt out of bed and go to work (the guy was still in his pajamas). Since then, I've had to return to this hell-hole 4 times for them to fix multiple screw-ups and I still don't have a complete working system. They don't seem to care about you unless you are one of their friends. I had requested to just stand in the back where I could watch them do my install, but I was told that I couldn't go back there, but yet they were allowing their buddies (6 guys) to go in the back... they all stood around and talked and smoked. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone... not even my worst enemy. These people are immature, rude and they really do not give a sh*t about anyone but themselves and their friends. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT A GOOD INSTALL AND RESPECT.

I had an issue with some HID Lights and I left so mad... After I calm down and contact them they took care of me very easy and nicely which is how it should be...

Wow what an experience I had with this company. Got my car lifted and some other stuff done and the staff treated me like family. Joe the onwer was a pleasure to work with. Also went to the shop in Sanford and the service was just as good. Good group of guys to work with.
