I dont know where start. They honestly need to the pics off the site that probably was taken when this place was first built. Mold is its wall paint and roaches reside all throught this building. i was in town on a business trip and this was the nearest place so i figured bleach would care of my issue Wrong it got bad complained manager that wouldn't tell me her someone was coming to clean room (lets say if i held my breath i would be dead) i slept in car and left early in am 3 day turned into 1 no cleaning but $100 deposit for cleaning an damage smh . I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!! By all means if u like roaches/mold/dirty linen/unclean room/slammin door in order for it to lock be my guest

this is the worst hotel i have ever been in its roach infested the maintenance is rude the pool is dirty and slimy there are junkies everywhere and this place has no class what so ever i would not send my worst enemy there!!!!.... if your looking for a nasty disgusting filthy drama filled atmosphere this is the place for u

The management is good people here. I moved in here and I had no marks on my face or arms or legs. This place is bed bug infested. It is also roach infested. There are police out here everyday to check for warrants and arrest people right out of their rooms. The people that are living here are massive drama and everyone is in everyone elses business. It is a drama zone for trouble. Drug dealers, prostitutes, perverts, and drug runners. We will never stay here again. This place is worse than any place on Orange Blossom trail. I recommend not to stay here. The pool is open on occasions. Just remember there are alternatives to this place , like a homeless shelter or red cross or another motel. the owner does not care enough about this property and is slacking on finding out who should be evicted. The place is also painted like the projects in downtown new york.

We booked this place for a week. I wasn't expecting glamor at $149 / week. I overlooked the fact that the tub was covered in slime, the "free internet" worked about. There are thugs and crack heads everywhere. The last straw was when I woke up, ROACHES WERE EVERYWHERE!!!! I know it's Florida, but they are completely infested! We left the next day, but they charged us $111 for the one night (plus the next night because you have to give them 24 hours notice), but it didn't matter. I couldn't stay another night. Unless you have absolutely no sense of hygiene or safety, stay somewhere else!

if you are trying to reach a person in a room..the number that yellow pages provides you with wont help you....this number 407-896-1101 is the number for direct room assistance..then you must know the building number like 1,2 or 3....then the room...so the extention would look like this if i was in building 3 and room 502 "3502" hope this helps anyone who has been calling that number with no answer
