I've tried calling them repeatedly over he past two weeks and have yet to speak with anyone, plus no one has returned my calls after leaving messages. I finally found the Orlando store at 1:30 on a Saturday afternoon, yet the door was locked and no one answered when I rang the bell. They advertise being open from 10:00 - 5:00 on Saturday. Are they still in business?
