Kennedy's Carpet Care

Jerry came to my house to do a shower cleaning and carpet cleaning over 4 rooms. When he left he had raved about the shower looking great. When I returned home to review the work, the grout lines were still filthy. Upon calling him, he mentioned he would return the next day to check it out. Not only did he not show, he did not call or return my 3 phone calls to understand when he would be coming to fix this situation. I would not recommend this company at all due to poor customer service.

Excellent, professional, punctual, and reputable company!!!! I've use them once before and I was very pleased with the outcome of my carpet. They were able to clean stains that I thought were permanent. I will hire them again and again, and I recommend them to any and everyone who is looking for the complete satisfaction, reasonable pricing with no hidden fees, and and professional technicians.Oh and did I mention that I was able to get same day service, it doesn't get no better than that!!!
