I had my first experience here was pretty good the tech was very personable and sweet. But after a week my sns polish was chipping on a few nails which shouldn't happen. So when I arrived for the appointment to fix it, the nail tech that I requested wasn't there. I was then told that everyone that everyone that could do sns was busy, so I told them that I would wait. It didn't seem like they wanted me to wait, but being that I left work early for this I had no other choice. I waited for about ten minutes to be moved to a nail techs table to get started. This tech was the complete opposite of the other I'd met. She didn't speak to me at all and she continuously hurt me as she drilled the polish off. No matter how many times I pulled my hand back, she didn't apologize once. She finished and walked off, and after sitting with my nails under a fan for a few minutes I finally asked her if I was done and she said yes. To look at my nails and there is polish all around my nail bed and underneath my nail on my skin. This by far was one of the most unpleasant visits that I've had when getting my nails done.

What I am very upset about is the honesty of the business. I called ahead of time to confirm the prices of gel polish for my hands and toes and I was told $50 dollars. When I got to the salon I told them exactly what I wanted, just as I had on the phone. The nail tech said I needed to do a manicure and pedicure to get gel polish. I told them I didn’t want a manicure and pedicure; I only wanted the polish and they told me I couldn’t do one without doing the other. At the end when it was time to pay, the tech told me $75! When I told the tech that I had called ahead and I was told $50, he said that that is just gel by itself. I responded that he told me I couldn’t get gel without the manicure and pedicure so why didn’t he tell me the total price when I called? His response was that I didn’t ask for the full price, I asked for the price of gel for hands and toes. They were very dishonest about their prices and I feel like I was tricked out of $25. I will never go here ever again.

This place is AWESOME. My friend and I both had fantastic spa pedicures and they were well worth the money. They did a great job cutting away the dead skin, the massages chairs were super relaxing, and the people are just the absolute sweetest!

I was overcharged by $77 on top of my original deal of $35 for my cousin's bridal party. When I called to speak to the manager, I was yelled at and hung up on twice. The third time I called I was told conflicting information by two different women claiming both their names to be "Ty." Save your time and money and take your business elsewhere.
