My experience at NYPD Pizza

I just ordered from NYPD today and when I got my food my order wasn't prepared the way I wanted it. I said I wanted the cheese on the top and the toppings under the cheese. I called the store back to tell them the problem and the employee I talked to named Terry was rude and very argumentative with me. When I told him "the customer is always right" he told me "let me tell you what I think of that" and he hung up on me. I could not believe how unprofessional this guy was and I strongly feel like he needs to be reprimanded.
