Orange Cycle

i bought a cannondale quick 4 on 5/18/12. and thats all i recieved, they didnt offer to help me adjust the bike to fit me , they just took my money and rushed me out the door. i drove 80 plus miles to get this bike and once i got it home i tryd it out only to find out the brakes and the shifters dont work. i would have been better off going to wal mart, i am so disappointed saved up for this bike that im unable to ride until i can take it to a local shop to get a brand new bike serviced to be safe. i only ask who assembled this bike your janitor.

GREAT shop. John S. was very profesional and helpful. Oddly went there because idiot at another bike shop said,"go there and try out the size you need and then buy it from us." because they didn't have any bike the size we needed. Orange cycle was a huge step up from that! They had better prices and worked with my wife's carple-tunnel and other issues in getting a bike that doesn't hurt her arms to ride! Saved $40 on the price too. Can't say enough !!!

Great service! Looked at many bike shoppes for a new bike - Orlando Cycle beat all shoppes for: Service , information and price. Will buy there again and would recommand for all price levels.
