Professional Imaging Centers

I have previously been satisfied with the service at this center. However, I recently had to have a transvaginal ultrasound. Since the center was willing to do the procedure, I believed the equipment was available to- as comfortably as possible- handle the process. There was no pelvic exam table with stirrups as used at an ob- gyn's office. Instead, a narrow table next to a wall was used. It is difficult to move the left knee when it is next to the wall. The entire procedure was uncomfortable and painful. I had a pe;vic exam at the ob-gyn's office the previous day which- with the results of the CT scan the previous week- led to this test. There was not discomfort in the test at the doctor's office since the proper table for the exam was available. I would never have scheduled this test at the center if I had known the needed table was not here. Allowing me to schedule the procedure gave tacit acknowledgement that all needed equipment was in place for my safety and a good test

They duplicated tests and doubled the copay to $400. My insurance is telling me that what I got done was one test which should be $200

My doctor sent me to them for a CT Scan as well as xrays. The Tech staff are outstanding, however, due to the incompetence my doctors staff my medical charts were lost and I emailed Professional Imaging Center for my test results I have been ignored by them. It has been over a month and I have no idea what my test results might be. As they have been paid by both myself and my insurance company I see no excuse for being ingnored. I will make one more request before taking leagle action. Bottom line great for test, stinks for getting your results.

My doctor sent me their after my auto accident for an MRI. I was very afraid and I had never had to use my car insurance ever before in my life. This office was beauitful and the staff was amazing! I deft. reccomend this company.

Let's face it, going for a medical procedure can be stressful but the staff made my visit a breeze. I definitely recommend them to all.

I had to go for an MRI and wasn't looking forward to it. Professional Imaging made the experience calming for me and I was really surprised at how effortless the whole process was. The staff was very nice and accommodating so if I ever need an MRI again (hoefully no time soon), I would go back for sure.
