Property Management Specialists

I have used these managers for several years now. I have never had reason to complain or be concerned. I am always up to date on any change in situation at the property. I have always been pleased with them as a management company.

Over the years I have had mixed results with management companies. My experience with PMS has been exemplary. They pay close attention to the property and have a keen eye for things that need attention as well. Maintenance and communication are key for me and always handled to my liking here.

Overall a great experience. IN the 5 years they have managed the place I have had zero problems and seen many great and creative solutions. The have plenty of experience and know their business well.

They are great! I live out of state and trust that they will always do the right thing when it comes to the management of my property.

I have had 2 previous (and terrible) property management experience sin Orlando. This company, however, has been a blessing to me, relieving me of headaches and not causing more. Their service is prompt and professional both to me and my tenant. They provide prompt accounting, and their charges are reasonable - not more than I'd paid to the other for poor services. I have been with them for more than 10 years and hope they stay in business for years to come.

We were promised that our house would be cleaned before we moved in, and it was absolutely filthy. When I complained several times over the phone and in writing, I was told, "Maybe your version of clean is different than someone else's version of clean," and they refused to do anything about it. In the first month, we had to replace our garbage disposal and thermostat. Our A/C froze up the first week, and we discovered that the filter had not been changed for what looked like several months. All year, our maintenance requests were generally ignored, delayed, or scoffed at. When a repairman was sent, the problem was never actually fixed and reappeared a few weeks later. The house was, and still is in a horrible state of disrepair. Rent was outrageous for the size, age, and condition of the home. The year we spent in that house was a nightmare. DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU.
